West Coast Casualty ’s annual Construction Defect Seminar is the largest and most highly attended event of its kind, hosting more than 1,700 legal, insurance and other professionals from the construction industry. Dozens of speakers at the top of their profession will discuss the most current trends and developments in construction defect, centering on this year’s theme of “Back to Business…Working Smarter, Not Harder.” 

According to the conference organizers, this theme was selected based on the conditions that face the construction community in today’s environment. Court budget cuts and demands for reductions in fees, expenses, and the use of paper have required those working in the industry to streamline processes and adopt the use of more technology.

JAMS is sponsoring West Coast Casualty and will have a booth just outside of the main ballroom.
