OverviewThis one-day seminar has a litigation track and an arbitration track. The litigation track will include developments in international litigation, developments in international intellectual property litigation, managing the multi-jurisdictional case, and international discovery and U.S.C. §1782. The arbitration track will include regional developments in international arbitration, rise of class action in arbitration, clash of international cultures in international arbitration, enforcement of international arbitral awards. Available to both tracks are the following topics: international aspects of the Chinese dry wall litigation and challenges in managing the international case from the judicial perspective.
