Since its inception in October of 1999, the Massachusetts Superior Court Business Litigation Session has demonstrated the effective use of targeted management of complex business cases within the courts. Today, the BLS provides a statewide forum not only for commercial and corporate disputes, but also for consumers in actions brought by the Attorney General as well as by private parties.  It has gained recognition locally and nationally for both its efficiency and the quality of its decisions.     
 
In celebration of the Business Litigation Session's 15th anniversary, a special panel composed of the five present and former Administrative Justices of the BLS will discuss the Session's purpose, its accomplishments, and its ongoing dedication to meeting the needs of litigants involved in complex business disputes
