It is difficult for lawyers to serve in both the role of advocate and the role of peacemaker. Judge Duryee and Judge Ware offer practical methods lawyers can employ to help settle their cases at mediation. From managing your client’s expectations to breaking impasse, attendees will be given concrete tools for success in their next mediation.
