Our Panel will conduct a Mock Mediation based on a controversy between two siblings involving a family business. The facts are set forth in outline materials. Attendees will be encouraged to ask questions and comment.
After this seminar, attendees will know how to use basic mediation techniques to help clients, opponents, and opposing counsel resolve disputes that might otherwise derail a deal.
