In this session, appropriate procedures for holding settlement conferences are discussed, while effective techniques for arriving at a settlement are examined. The speakers also discuss what judges wish attorneys knew about settlement, as well as innovative terms to settle federal lawsuits. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions of the speakers.
