  • Employment: Mediated disputes involving the termination of corporate directors, corporate officers, corporate founders, executive officers in a wide variety of industries
  • Environmental: Handled and mediated disputes between corporations and between individual and corporations involving pollution, contamination, and injuries associated with contamination and pollution
  • Insurance: Acted on behalf of clients in connection with disputes between individuals and insurance companies; disputes between insurance companies regarding large personal injury claims, property damage claims, including extensive earthquake damage and the interpretation of insurance contracts covering a variety of matters
  • Legal Profession, Legal Malpractice and Medical Malpractice: Handled and mediated a variety of disputes involving claims for malpractice against doctors and lawyers; handled disputes between lawyers and major law firms, law firm breakups and dissolution, acted as advisor to lawyers and law firms in connection with claims, reorganizations, and ethical issues including disciplinary matters before the State Bar
  • Real Estate: Participated in the mediation of a variety of real estate disputes including construction defect, breach of contract, and claims relating to foreclosure of real estate property
  • Sports and Antitrust: Represented clients, including professional athletes and professional teams in matters involving the National Football League, the National Basketball Association, and the American Basketball Association involving contract, trade, and antitrust claims
