San Francisco – For the third consecutive year, JAMS, The Resolution Experts, has been named the top alternative dispute resolution organization and JAMS neutrals dominate the Mediator/Arbitrator category in The Recorder’s annual “Best of the Bay” list. The 2009 list will be published on December 14.
“We are very pleased to be recognized by the San Francisco legal community for the third straight year,” said Chris Poole, JAMS President and CEO. “The JAMS neutrals ranked are among the most highly regarded in the industry, and it’s rewarding that the local members of the bar recognize the tremendous expertise of our team.”
The Hon. Edward A. Infante (Ret.) has been ranked for the last three consecutive years, and Hon. William J. Cahill (Ret.) has been named to the list for the second consecutive year. New to the list this year is Jerry Spolter, Esq. All are based in the JAMS San Francisco Resolution Center.
The Recorder’s annual “Best of the Bay” publication ranks the top three professional services and products in a variety of categories as rated by Bay Area attorneys. The rankings are based on polling feedback from the San Francisco attorneys. All respondents were required to submit their bar number on their responses. The Recorder is the California news affiliate of American Lawyer Media.
