DIRECTIONS

Northbound I-5 (from Tacoma):

• Take the Seneca St. exit (a left-hand exit).
• Turn right on 6TH Ave. (at the end of the off-ramp).
• Turn right on University St. just before One Union Square (a square-shaped aluminum-clad building). (Note:  A tight right turn will put you back on Interstate 5.  Make your right turn to the far side of the traffic divider.)
• The street will curve left and take you under the Union Square complex.  Enter the Parking Garage on the left marked One Union Square.

Southbound I-5 (from North Seattle/Lynnwood):

• Take the Union St. (Convention Center) exit.
• Turn left on 7TH St. at first light.
• Entrance to the Parking Garage is on the right side, mid-block, and is marked One Union Square.

Westbound I-90 (from Eastside):

• Take I-90 west to I-5 North.
• Take the Madison St. exit.  Turn left onto Madison St.
• Turn right on 6TH Ave.
• Turn right on University St. in front of the One Union Square building.  (Note:  A tight right turn will put you back on Interstate 5.  Make your right turn to the far side of the traffic divider.)
• The street will curve left and take you under the Union Square complex.  Enter the Parking Garage on the left marked One Union Square.

PARKING INFORMATION

Parking is available in the garage for One Union Square (Note: Be aware that there is a separate garage for the sister building, Two Union Square).  The garage is open from 6am until Midnight on Mondays through Thursdays and from 6am until 1am on Fridays.  If you need to exit the garage after hours, you must contact Building Security at (206) 613-5333 or from the callbox located in the elevator lobby in the garage (Note: There is a $28 fee for having security let you out of the garage after hours).  During business hours, the attendant can be reached at (206) 447-5664.  Their rate schedule is listed below:

Valet Parking Service
Valet parking service is available on Garage Level B at no additional charge, and ends at 6pm.  Between 6pm and midnight, you can pick up your keys at the Standard Parking cashier booth on Level One (between the Lobby and Level A).  The parking elevator is in the Two Union Square lobby, just past the security desk.


BUILDING INFORMATION

After 6pm, the building’s elevators will not return from the lobby to any floor without using a passcard.  Therefore, if you need to leave the floor after 6pm, please arrange for the neutral hearing your case to meet you in the lobby upon your return.
