Widely respected for his fairness, tenacity, and efficiency in successfully resolving even the most complex employment matters, Judge Agretelis brings his 20 year tenure on the Alameda County Superior Court, as well as six years as a full time ADR practitioner to each matter before him.   • Racial Harassment: Claim by manager of auto dealership against salesman which resulted in constructive termination
  • Sexual Harassment: Claim against employee by general manager of auto dealership which resulted in termination.
  • Technology: Claim by employee for wrongful termination from technology company.
  • Wage Loss Claim: Claim by employee against messenger service who claimed employee was an independent contractor.
  • Wrongful Termination: Claim by manager that was terminated for resisting supervisor’s advances.
