  • Racial Harassment: Claim by manager of auto dealership against salesman which resulted in constructive termination
  • Sexual Harassment: Claim against employee by general manager of auto dealership which resulted in termination.
  • Technology: Claim by employee for wrongful termination from technology company.
  • Wage Loss Claim: Claim by employee against messenger service who claimed employee was an independent contractor.
  • Wrongful Termination: Claim by manager that was terminated for resisting supervisor’s advances.
