Justice Agliano became a member of JAMS’ panel of neutral arbitrators and mediators after his retirement as Presiding Justice of the Court of Appeal, Sixth District. Prior to his service on the Court of Appeal, Justice Agliano was a trial judge for 13 years, in private practice for nine years, and a deputy Attorney General for three years.
