Sheldon E. Friedman , Esq. has practiced commercial law in Colorado for over 40 years. He has extensive experience in the areas of business litigation, securities, anti-trust, employment, real estate, construction, and probate law. Mr. Friedman headed the litigation department at his former law firm, Isaacson Rosenbaum, from 1964 to 1985. He has significant trial experience in various federal courts and several states’ courts. He has also appeared before many regulatory agencies.

ADR Experience and Qualifications

  • Mr. Friedman has tried over 150 jury trials.
  • During the course of his practice, Mr. Friedman participated in numerous mediations and arbitrations, involving all aspects of commercial and probate law. He knows intimately what it feels like to stand in the shoes of a litigant.
  • Mr. Friedman has served as an arbitrator for both the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations’ Fee Arbitration Committees.
