Hon. Lawrence C. Waddington (Ret.) participated in thousands of settlement conferences during his fifteen year tenure on the Los Angeles Superior Court. A trial lawyer prior to his appointment to the bench, his experience enables Judge Waddington to assist counsel in resolving cases prior to and during all stages of civil litigation. As a trial judge and JAMS neutral, Judge Waddington has extensive experience in all phases of dispute resolution and lectures frequently to law firms on mediation and arbitration.
