JAMS opened a London (United Kingdom) office with a European panel in 2011 to meet the rising demand for domestic, trans-Atlantic, U.S.–E.U. and cross-border European alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services. Since then, the London panel has grown its expertise across a range of sectors and legal practice areas in mediation, international arbitration and hybrid processes across the ADR spectrum.

With offices and hearing facilities in the International Dispute Resolution Centre on Fleet Street, JAMS remains the only dedicated ADR institution independent of management ties to major law firms. With impartial, independent panelists appointed on a broad spectrum of commercial disputes, JAMS has continued to develop and refine its capabilities in key areas including insurance, intellectual property, media and entertainment and sport.

London panel members routinely serve on tribunals under the rules of major arbitral institutions worldwide, as well as on ad hoc proceedings, and handle matters using JAMS International Arbitration Rules.

ADR, international arbitration, and negotiation training is available to European law firms and companies upon request.

JAMS International Arbitration Centers in New York and Los Angeles provide state-of-the-art facilities for large-scale, multi-lingual international arbitrations, in addition to hearing space at Resolution Centers nationwide.
