Counsel Comments

    • "All parties have great respect for Justice Agliano, and so his wise counsel facilitated a quick settlement."
    • "Thank you for facilitating the settlement of the TCI case. You exerted a calming influence over personalities who were inclined to declare fixed-in-stone positions. Your consideration and hard work set an example for all of us. Without your involvement, I do not believe a satisfactory resolution would have been reached short of additional litigation. Thank you for helping us achieve a settlement which serves the needs of the public without resort to a discovery war."
