Judge Bond has mediated, arbitrated, and acted as discovery referee and/or special master on numerous employment-related cases involving a broad variety of legal issues including sexual harassment, hostile work environment, discrimination (age, racial, sexual, and national origin), wrongful and constructive terminations, failure to promote, violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, Cal-FEHA, EEOC, defamation, wage and hour disputes, retaliation, and breach of employment contract.

Special Master/Discovery Referee, Representative Matters

  • Stipulated by the parties involved to be the Special Master in a Federal District Court case to oversee enforcement of a consent decree and settlement of major litigation involving, among other matters, discrimination in hiring and promotion involving a regional transit authority
