Judge Bond has over twenty years of dispute resolution experience as a sitting judge and joined JAMS in 2000 immediately following her retirement from the Sacramento Superior Court. As a trial judge, she has presided over numerous complex civil court trials and writ adjudications which required written determination of complex legal and factual issues involving virtually all areas of civil litigation. Judge Bond has extensive experience serving as a discovery referee and/or special master appointed by both the U. S. District Courts and California Superior Courts.
