Judge Cardenas is a seasoned mediator and arbitrator experienced in resolving entertainment disputes. After having spent more than 20 years on the bench, Judge Cardenas brings a fair and balanced approach to crafting awards. He is also skilled at bringing parties together to reach creative resolutions to complex matters. A full-time neutral with JAMS since 1996, Judge Cardenas has arbitrated and mediated a broad array of entertainment industry disputes, including those involving breach of contract, intellectual property, talent manager commission, talent compensation, and trade secret issues.
