Richard Chernick is Vice President and Managing Director of JAMS’ Arbitration Practice. He has conducted hundreds of large and complex international arbitrations and mediations, employing various rules and before major administering institutions, both domestic and international and venued in the United States and elsewhere.

Mr. Chernick is a member of the Advisory Board of the Institute for Transnational Arbitration and the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a member of the arbitration panels of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center, the Beijing Arbitration Commission, Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration, and the Chicago International Dispute Resolution Association (CIDRA).
