Gary S. Davis, Esq. has devoted the last decade of his 43 year legal career to mediation and arbitration as an alternative to litigation, having conducted over 1,500 mediations since 1993.  He has successfully acted as mediator and arbitrator in employment cases  brought against local employers including public entities and professional entities  and also against Fortune 500 and leading international companies.
