Biography
Hon. David A. Garcia (Ret.) served 20 distinguished years on San Francisco's municipal and superior courts and was widely recognized as one of the best law and motion judges in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Fluent in English and Spanish, he is an accomplished mediator and arbitrator with a depth of experience in matters involving insurance, including coverage disputes, bad faith, reinsurance, title insurance, and Workers Compensation.
