A former Superior Court Judge, Hon. David A. Garcia (Ret.) served as Law and Motion Judge and supervised the Discovery Department in San Francisco for seven years, resolving thousands of pretrial matters including discovery, pleading, and summary judgment motions.   • Roe v. White: Investigative Special Master in dispute involving attorney/client relationship and attorney’s fees
  • CCSF v. Mosser: Discovery Referee in real property dispute involving single residence occupancy and hotel compliance with sprinkler ordinance
