Hugh Hackney has a deep understanding of these issues, having served as an arbitrator and mediator for numerous high-stakes, complex disputes involving cross-border litigants.

Mr. Hackney has arbitrated and mediated cases in the United States, Europe, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East and is familiar with the customs and legal practices of different countries, cultures, and arbitral forums.
