Justice King handled and resolved numerous claims involving business issues while serving on the appellate and trial court benches. His 21 years of judicial experience makes him exceptionally qualified to resolve a broad array of business-related disputes arising out of a variety of industries.

He is an experienced jurist with a deep understanding of the law and nuances involved in resolving complex commercial disputes at every stage of litigation, and he prepares extensively for each case. He handled numerous mediations while on the appellate bench and is adept at settling cases on appeal. Justice King understands the numerous standards of review and is well-suited to providing neutral analyses of business cases on appeal. He is also able to keep control of the case management process and writes researched and well-reasoned legal opinions.
