Biography

Judge Kough joined JAMS following a distinguished 13-year career on the bench. During her final two years with the Los Angeles County Superior Court, she was one of seven judges in the Complex Litigation pilot program where she was responsible for managing, trying, and otherwise resolving the most complicated multi-party civil matters. Since joining JAMS, Judge Kough has presided over arbitrations in a variety of areas, using her experience as a judge and a neutral to craft balanced awards.
