Natasha C. Lisman, Esq. is a highly respected international arbitrator and mediator, with significant experience resolving business/commercial, insurance, reinsurance, and intellectual property disputes. Prior to establishing her full-time career in ADR, Ms. Lisman was a partner in the Boston law firm of Sugarman, Rogers, Barshak & Cohen, P.C., representing parties in complex commercial disputes as well as overseeing all aspects of ADR in human rights cases in US courts and the European Court of Human Rights. Ms. Lisman’s strong international experience is bolstered by her commanding understanding of multiple languages and customs. She is fluent in Russian and Polish and has a working knowledge of French.

  • Party-appointed arbitrator in a reinsurance dispute
  • Successfully mediated a dispute between a US manufacturer and a German distributor

  • Sole neutral and panel member in more than two dozen WIPO online UDRP proceedings
  • Claims Resolution Tribunal for Dormant Accounts in Switzerland to work as Senior Counsel to a panel of prominent international arbitrators resolving disputed claims to Holocaust-era bank accounts
