  • State of California v. Hartford Fire Insurance Co., nationwide class action on behalf of numerous attorneys general over commercial insurance underwriting practices
  • Kraszewski v. State Farm Insurance Companies, employment discrimination class action resulting in the largest damage recovery in the history of American civil rights law
  • DHL Corporation v. Bank of Saipan, action to enforce shareholder buyout agreement of majority interest in large privately-held company
