- Managed discovery in a federal case alleging mistreatment of garment workers in Asian-based factories of U.S. firms
- Managed discovery, and then conducted settlement discussions leading to resolution, in a dispute in federal court among shareholders of a Guam-based bank
- Managed discovery in a California state court case alleging unfair competition and fraud between U.S. and Israeli corporations and individuals
