  • Mediated two related cases between bankruptcy trustee and mortgage finance lenders in Chapter 11 proceeding
  • Arbitrated accounting case among architect, engineer, and real estate developer involving disputes on missed construction deadlines and substantial completion on referral from state court based on arbitration provision in the contract
  • Co-mediated dispute between disgruntled shareholder/co-developer of medical device and the company after successful IPO
  • Mediated dispute between regulated utility and contractor over construction charges arising when utility personnel allegedly mismarked the location of the underground utility lines
  • Mediated nine-year-old dispute between family members and a divorcing couple over multi-million dollar properties involving five cases filed in Texas and Louisiana state and federal courts
  • Mediated case between national retailer and their national maintenance company over floor surfacing after several slip-and-fall claims by shoppers
  • Mediated case between trustee for children of deceased truck driver and the life insurance company over alleged suicide nullifying the policy
  • Mediated pre-suit claims between two franchisees and the franchiser over relocation of one franchise into other franchisee's exclusive territory; consulted with the franchiser to increase number of lines carried by complaining franchisee which facilitated the relocation
  • Mediated real estate case during trial between national retail company and lessor over termination of a lease with a continuous operation provision when the national retailer had opened a new location across the street from the old location
  • Mediated cases pending in three states in five different courts between banks, insurance companies and online retailer over multi-million dollar theft of merchandise purchased online
  • Mediated numerous automotive franchise disputes in seven states
  • Mediated several cases between computer service companies and national retailers over multi-million dollar software systems
  • Mediated cases between major telephone service providers and their customers over service and charges
  • Arbitrated real estate foreclosure over 12 pieces of property in two counties between bank and real estate developers of country club lots
  • Arbitrated dispute between major hospital corporation and medical director over termination of contracts
  • Mediated dispute between major hospital corporation and major doctor group over covenants not to compete
