Judge Neville brings over 40 years of judicial and legal experience to his JAMS practice.  Since joining the company in 1999, the Judge has handled hundreds of arbitrations and mediations from small business disputes to multi-party, complex matters.  As a licensed pilot, Judge Neville brings special expertise to bear on aviation matters.

  • Defective and inadequate maintenance, including alleged failure to monitor and replace life-limited parts in rotor aircraft
  • Dispute between airline manufacturer and avionics QCS manufacturers for FAA and European clients

  • Matters involving claims of pilot error including controlled flight into terrain (CFIT), flight into adverse weather conditions, unsafe landing and take-off at high-density altitude airports, and operating an aircraft beyond its capability
