  • Mediated and settled breach of contract claim between major medical device manufacturer and a high-tech component supplier
  • Successfully settled dispute between footwear manufacturer and national retailer for improper termination of contract, failure to pay and defense costs stemming from a related patent suit
  • Mediated and settled family business dispute with respect to executive compensation and termination of minority shareholder
  • Mediated and later settled dispute involving the sale and commercial application of a clinical test for methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)
