Ronald Ravikoff, Esq. began his career as an antitrust litigator with Arnold & Porter in Washington, D.C. and has over 40 years of experience in antitrust mediation, arbitration, complex litigation, and dispute counseling for both plaintiffs and defendants. His litigation and dispute resolution practice focuses on complex commercial matters with a particular emphasis on matters involving healthcare, parallel civil and criminal proceedings including False Claims Act matters, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act matters, antitrust and trade regulation, class actions, regulatory proceedings, and trade secrets matters. He is a retired senior litigation partner of Akerman Senterfitt. Prior to Akerman, he was the Managing Partner of the Miami office of Zuckerman Spaeder for over 25 years.
