The Honourable Justice Judith A. Snider (Ret.) brings over a decade of experience as a judge in the Federal Court (Canada) to her ADR practice. As a member of that court, Justice Snider was prolific in intellectual property matters and, in particular, patent litigation. Before ascending to the bench, she was successively general counsel, member, and vice chair of the National Energy Board based in Calgary, Alberta.
Widely regarded as a “lawyer’s judge,” Justice Snider is passionate about trying cases, committed to understanding parties’ issues and to resolving them in a fair and efficient way.
