Justice Wallin joined JAMS in 1999 after 20 years on the bench, including the last 16 years on the California Court of Appeal. As a jurist with extensive experience resolving large, complex commercial, construction, real estate, employment, insurance, and intellectual property disputes, he ruled on thousands of injunctions and Temporary Restraining Orders. Since joining JAMS, he has successfully mediated and arbitrated a broad range of Intellectual Property cases. Justice Wallin is also a frequent presenter of Continuing Legal Education programs on trade secrets and injunctions.
