Judge Wayne has been appointed arbitrator to over 200 cases since joining JAMS. She is one of California's most highly regarded neutrals, serving as a mediator, arbitrator, and discovery referee. Judge Wayne has a unique style that enables her to excel in highly-charged matters in which parties are extremely adversarial.

Judge Wayne has served as a mediator/arbitrator in various types of disputes. She has also served as a neutral evaluator in non-binding evaluations of various types of claims, as an “arbitrator” in mock arbitrations conducted by one of the parties to a case and appointed mediator or special master by various courts.
