Hon. Mark Whittington (Ret.) spent 25 years on the bench at the trial and appellate levels handling complex business and commercial matters, while also helping to institute ADR programs for the courts. Paired with his expertise as an arbitrator, mediator, and special master, Justice Whittington’s background and experience make him well suited to resolve a wide range of complex business-related cases.
