Deborah A. David, Esq. has been a JAMS Neutral since 2000, following a successful career as a defense lawyer and plaintiffs’ lawyer in a large variety of matters. In late 2002, she moved to London, England and continued her career mediating tort and personal injury matters and teaching conflict resolution in the US, UK, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. In late 2016, she returned to live and work in Southern California.

She has investigated, evaluated, represented parties and settled over a thousand personal injury claims of all types; she has extensive experience mediating such claims. She is uniquely qualified to quickly recognize the major issues and resolve the case. Ms. David believes that every party should have the chance to settle their case without the stress of trial, and that a patient mediator, willing to work however long it takes to get the job done, is essential to successful resolution.
