To submit a Demand for Arbitration during this time, you may do so via e-mail to one of the following JAMS associates. Be sure to include all the necessary documents as provided for in the instructions on Page 1 of the Demand for Arbitration Form.
Upon receipt of your Demand via email a Case Manager will contact you to arrange payment of the filing fee. Please note that we cannot move forward with the administration of the Demand until the filing fee is paid. You may continue to submit Arbitration Demands via mail. Given that our workforce is now working remotely, we will process demands as quickly as possible.
