Learning is growing

JAMS promotes and supports ongoing professional development as well as reimbursement allowances for advancing your education.  We believe professional development is critical for both associate engagement and organizational success.

A healthy workforce is a happy workforce

JAMS provides an annual stipend that associates can use toward wellness programs including gym memberships, group fitness classes, massage therapy, and other ways to take care of you.  We also offer an employee assistance program and telehealth benefits.

An evolved workspace – hybrid remote roles that reflect current realities, responsibilities, and schedules.

JAMS offers remote work flexibility for most of our workforce. Because we are a professional service, client-facing company, certain roles may be called to work onsite to meet client needs, but most of our workforce enjoys a hybrid arrangement that allows for a percentage of time onsite and a percentage of remote work. The breakdown is dictated by the nature of the position and the type of work required to deliver in-person client service.

JAMS Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

ERGs support, promote and celebrate groups of associates who have come together around shared characteristics or life experiences. These groups are voluntary associate-led groups that create a safe space for associates to have a sense of belonging, inspire conversation, and foster a diverse and inclusive workplace. If you are interested in joining JAMS panel of distinguished neutrals, it is important to note that JAMS neutrals are independent contractors. Mediators and arbitrators with significant ADR experience should contact the local JAMS Resolution Center directly. We look forward to hearing from you.
