    • Neutral evaluation of four business-related cases involving claims for breach of contract, wrongful termination, and malicious prosecution
    • Settled $2 million action, following unsuccessful prior attempts by two private mediators, regarding marketing of cosmetic products that involved appearances on major national TV program
    • Settled bitter dispute regarding oral non-compete agreement between longtime dental partners and friends
    • Trial reference for breach of contract case alleging $14 million in damages
