Robin Gise, Esq. has significant experience mediating insurance coverage disputes, including complex coverage disputes, claims under Directors & Officers (D&O) and other types of policies including Employment Practices Liability (EPLI), Errors & Omissions (E&O), Commercial General Liability (CGL), excess coverage, and matters involving multiple insurance towers.

Known for her ability to quickly grasp complex business and legal issues, Ms. Gise works closely with the parties to identify and develop solutions. She is patient, fair and sensitive to the unique dynamics of each case.   • Mediated numerous insurance coverage disputes involving claims for property damage and business interruption brought by home and business owners affected by Storm Sandy, including claims for damage caused by flood, wind, water, and mold
  • Mediated and/or co-mediated property insurance coverage disputes including construction defects, architectural and engineering malpractice, and defect and delay claims, including one matter stemming from the collapse of a townhouse and damage to the adjacent property
