  • Dissolution of large anesthesiology group that included claims pursuant to their non-competition agreements
  • Medicare fraud claims involving purchase of large dental clinic chain
  • Suit brought by expelled physician against regional hospital relating to claims of inadequate medical staff support and improper billing
  • Breach of contract and fiduciary duty claims brought by dentist against corporate provider of staffing, office equipment and billing services
  • Multi-million-dollar billing dispute between large provider of rehabilitation services and personal injury lawyer, with allegations of fraud
  • Arbitrated several hospital / insurance billing disputes, including prompt-pay provisions
  • Arbitrated major investor dispute over research, development and FDA approval of growth hormone
