Hugh E. Hackney, Esq. has extensive experience resolving workplace-related disputes, having handled numerous labor and employment matters across a wide variety of industries as a neutral and attorney.

Mr. Hackney is a fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and a certified mediator and arbitrator for the Committee for Public Resources on commercial and employment disputes. He is also a member and former chair of the Labor and Employment Law Advisory Committee for the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. In private practice, he was a member of Law 360’s “Employment Practice Group of the Year” for 2011.

  • Workers’ compensation death claims arising from oil field and processing facility accidents
  • Wrongful termination and breach of employment contract claims between psychologist and health
