Judge Kough joined JAMS following a distinguished 13-year career on the bench. During her final two years with the Los Angeles County Superior Court, she was one of seven judges in the Complex Litigation pilot program where she was responsible for managing, trying, and otherwise resolving the most complicated multi-party civil matters. Since joining JAMS Judge Kough has served as an arbitrator and judicial reference on a wide variety of business/commercial disputes, using her experience as a judge and a neutral to resolves cases efficiently and fairly.
