ADR Experience and Mediation Philosophy

Mr. Myers has attended hundreds of mediations and settled hundreds more cases. He has attended and participated in many mediation and negotiation seminars/workshops both locally and nationally as well as having read many respected books on the subject. He believes the majority of cases should be settled given the high cost of litigation and the emotional toll on the parties.
