Judge Neville brings over 40 years of judicial and legal experience to his JAMS practice.  Since joining the company in 1999, the Judge has handled hundreds of arbitrations from small business disputes to multi-party, complex matters.  Judge Neville is known for his ability to guide parties and counsel through the arbitration process quickly and efficiently.

  • Sole arbitrator in matter involving breach of multiple employee non-compete agreements at software company
  • Chairperson of a three arbitrator panel on 30 million dollar dispute between Big 3 auto makers and Tier 1 supplier regarding defect issue in product recall of 500,000+ vehicles
  • Member of three arbitrator panel in a dispute between an electrical power company and its coal supplier regarding output needs and dispute over production expenses in long term contract
  • Member of a tripartite panel in a partnership dispute involving the development of an industrial park
  • Sole arbitrator in a dispute between five insurance companies, 20 law firms and national class action lawsuits regarding contractual arbitrations to pay defense costs and attorneys fees and the allocation of fees between insurance carriers and evaluation of hourly billing and work performed
  • Arbitrated dispute between a national healthcare company and national accounting firm over allocations, expenses and disputes with the I.R.S. for profits and expense calculations on tax returns over ten years
  • Sole arbitrator in a dispute between condominium board, developer and various contractors for 500 unit site with over 20 buildings regarding construction defect and allocation of responsibility
  • Sole arbitrator in a dispute between purchaser and seller of healthcare services to a hospital group involving representations and warranties, and accounting expert disputes over value of intellectual property, computer systems and the value of doctors’ services
  • Sole arbitrator in a three million dollar dispute between minor shareholder and officer of securities company over control and salary participation in profits
  • Sole arbitrator of a 5 million dollar dispute between an international supplier of retail apparel and U.S. distributor over production delay and lost profits
