Judge Philip M. Pro (Ret.) joined JAMS after serving nearly 35 years as a United States District Judge, and Magistrate Judge, in the District of Nevada at Las Vegas. During that time, Judge Pro developed a reputation for fairness, preparation and decisiveness as he presided over, settled, or adjudicated a wide range of individual, class action, and collective action employment cases involving the Fair Labor Standards Act, ERISA, claims of discrimination or harassment based on race, gender, religion, age, or disability, and wrongful termination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act. These experiences ensure Judge Pro is well equipped to arbitrate, mediate, and provide other ADR services in the full panoply of employment cases.
