Since 1980 Jerry has served as a neutral in numerous employment-related disputes and in his private practice represented both claimants and employers in employment cases. Jerry served as a Hearing Officer for the San Francisco Retirement Board from 1986 to 1990 rendering decisions upon disability petitions by police officers, firefighters, transit operators, and other City & County of San Francisco employees.
