What is the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”)?
The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) is a California law that gives California consumers the rights to learn about and control certain aspects of how a business handles the personal information that a business collects about them.
What information may a consumer request?
A consumer may request: (1) the categories of personal information the business has collected about them; (2) the sources from which the personal information is collected; (3) the business or commercial purpose for collecting personal information; (4) the categories of third parties with whom the business shares the personal information; and (5) the specific pieces of personal information it has collected about that consumer.

What will JAMS do after we receive a request?
Upon receipt of a verifiable consumer request, JAMS will promptly take steps to disclose and deliver, free of charge to the consumer, the personal information. JAMS will endeavor to provide the information within 45 days of the request.
Does the consumer have a right to request to delete the personal information?
A consumer may request that JAMS delete the consumer’s information. JAMS will delete this information upon request unless the request to delete falls within one of the exceptions listed in CCPA 1798.105. (d).
How can a consumer make a request to JAMS to disclose or delete personal information?
A consumer may call a toll-free number 833-479-2272 to request personal information as described in the CCPA. The consumer may also fill out an online form.
