Event Practical Tips to Achieve Success in Mediating Employment Disputes

Please join the NYSBA Commercial & Federal Litigation Section and JAMS for a comprehensive CLE on mediating employment disputes, and a cocktail reception afterwards.

A distinguished panel, each member having decades of experience litigating and mediating employment cases, will share their practical tips for approaching and participating in mediation of employment disputes.

The panel discussions will follow the mediation process from who first raises the topic of mediation (and with whom), how the mediation process flows, managing client expectations, and the dynamics of the flow of mediation, including dealing with both successful and unsuccessful outcomes at the end of the mediation session.

This is a complimentary CLE, but an RSVP is required.
